What you will do:
- Develop and drive multiple project plans focused on skill building & learning from conception and planning to implementation, ensuring clear objectives and success criteria aligned cross-functionally
- Drive decision making, alignment, and communication with stakeholders with increasing and conflicting demands
- Proactively identifies and resolves potential complications within the program in a collaborative fashion
- Lead junior program managers by setting goals and providing appropriate level of guidance
- Oversee schedule, budget, tasks using project management tools, concisely sharing the relevant details with stakeholders
- Create functional strategy of programs and develop program roadmaps
- Use qualitative and quantitative data to drive decision making

U.S. Salary Range:
$160,000.00 - $220,000.00
The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
