Key Responsibilities
·Familiar with device wafer and die manufacturing process and clean room lab operation (FEOL and BEOL)
·Familiar with tool throughput, tack time, raw process time, tool utilization metrics
·Familiar with cycle time, WIP turn, moves, and operation efficiency metrics
·Understand how production capacity and cycle time can be calculated based on tool and operation efficiency metric parameters
·Analyze the lab worker work efficiency and tool utilization status, and make suggestions for productivity improvement
·Responsible to calculate the production line capacity and simulate the bottleneck tools and their impact
·Responsible to create the device production plan based on device shipment due date, device yield, manufacturing lead time and line capacity
·Responsible to daily monitor the production status (FEOL and BEOL) toward the business plan, and highlight any gaps or delay to be mitigated
·Make a proposed plan for future manufacturing volume expansion for additional tools or resource needs

U.S. Salary Range:
$185,000.00 - $254,000.00
The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
