Key Responsibilities
Responsible for leading projects that support our Human Resources team and ensure the successful development, implementation, and management of our HR project portfolio process.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify program requirements and design effective solutions.
Monitor program progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness and impact of HR programs.
Lead change management efforts related to HR programs and initiatives.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR programs and make recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree, Master’s degree in Business or HR
10+ Years of Experience in Human Resources or related field
Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification a plus
Demonstrated track record of successful project management and the ability to successfully manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills and be able to work independently and collaboratively
Strong analytical capability to understand complex issues and distill core concepts and convey concisely and clearly
Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle

U.S. Salary Range:
$141,000.00 - $193,500.00
The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
