Responsibilities
1. Prepare or assist with reports.
2. Identify hazardous conditions/actions within the plant.
3. Document Training and file training records
4. File forms, permits and other documentation.
5. Update training presentations as directed.
6. Provide PPE, issue Vouchers, and LOTO to employees as necessary.
7. Assist with safety orientation for new employees.
8. File and maintain MSDS sheets.
9. Perform any other duties assigned by the Environmental, Health, and Safety Manager.
Qualifications
1. Obtaining BS. Degree in Industrial Safety Management preferred.
2. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
3. Proficient with MS Office products
4. 0-1 year Safety Experience in an industrial setting.
5. Strong organizational skills with proven ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously.
6. Some knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other government regulations.
