Responsibilities
Primary Duties: including but not limited to:
Maintain scoring system dataOn time deliveryMachine UtilizationEfficiencies Capacities Non-conformance
Scheduling & Data ManagementMaintain shop scheduleUpdate scheduling programsWork with Tooling Supervisors & Group Leads to establish shop flow scheduling and process
Facility & equipment Communicate and enforce all company safety, environmental, and department of health requirements Work with maintenance to develop and follow preventative maintenance programs
Operate and maintain daily Gemba walks and Obeya room
Assist with HR with screening and interviewing potential tool shop employees
Track and compile above data for business review meetings
Implement and maintain other lean manufacturing principles
Qualifications
Qualifications / Education Required:
Proficient knowledge of computers, specifically Microsoft: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, & Teams
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently or in teams
Preferred Skills / Experience:
Bachelor’s degree (Business/Engineering) to equivalent experience
Financial background is valued – not required
Ability to analyze data and make sound recommendations
Ability to travel when required
