- Conduct in-depth analyses of assortment, pricing, and promotional strategies to uncover opportunities for growth and profitability.
- Deliver clear, actionable insights in written (e.g., white papers, presentations) and verbal form to influence decision-making at the highest levels.
- Program manage large-scale cross-functional initiatives, ensuring accountability and alignment across teams.
- Proactively identify risks, opportunities, and trends to improve financial performance and customer experience.
What You’ll Need:

- 6+ years of experience leading large-scale analytics projects/programs, preferably in retail or ecommerce.
- Proven ability to drive deep dive analyses, ask impactful questions, and deliver insights that inform strategy.
- Strong SQL expertise, with the ability to build datasets and perform complex queries across multiple systems.
- Experience in applying advanced analytics techniques, such as predictive modeling to forecast sales trends, clustering to segment customers, or regression analysis to understand drivers of performance.
- Proficiency in statistical tools and programming languages like R or Python to develop and automate advanced models.

- Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing analysts or data engineers and influencing cross-functional teams.
