As we continue to grow, we are looking for detail-oriented professionals to join our warehouse team as Order Fillers.
Position Overview:
As an Order Filler, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction by accurately preparing and packing parcels for international delivery. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, efficiency, and teamwork are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick items from storage areas based on customer orders and prepare them for shipping.
- Quality Checks: Inspect items to ensure they match order specifications and are in good condition.
- Packing: Safely and securely pack items for international delivery, adhering to company standards and packaging requirements.
- Inventory Support: Assist with tracking inventory levels, replenishing stock, and maintaining accurate records in the inventory system.
- Efficiency Improvement: Collaborate with team members to optimize order fulfillment processes and meet productivity targets.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the work area organized, clean, and free of hazards to ensure safety and efficiency.
Previous experience in order picking, packing, or a similar role is preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Basic computer skills for tracking orders and updating records.
Physical stamina to lift, move, and pack items (up to 50 lbs).
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
