Director of Enterprise Collaboration
This role is based on site at our Austin, TX facility.

Key Responsibilities
Create the strategy development, configuration and overall experience of SharePoint platforms and Enterprise collaboration with an emphasis on providing stability, increased productivity, security, and an intuitive design.
Partner with other stakeholders, support teams, business units, IT peers and leadership to share your vision and incorporate their feedback and ensure maximal business value creation. Clearly articulate corporate requirements, budget, benefits, timeline for rollout, required staffing, and connection to existing information resources.
Who you are:
Bachelor’s degree required in relevant field. Master’s degree preferred. Additional years of experience will be considered in lieu of advanced degree.
10+ years of relevant work experience in information systems; and/or knowledge management/strategy, and 7+ plus years managerial experience.
Adobe Experience Cloud or equivalent Web Content Management or Publication Solutions
You have direct skills managing a development team with more than 5 years' experience related to Content publication, web content management, development, and overall web system management.
Knowledgeable in SharePoint, Azure portfolio services, Teams, digital rights management, knowledge management, AI enablement to collaboration, SQL, Windows servers and services, Azure Active Directory, etc.
Knowledge Management centers of excellence including implementation.
Microsoft certification related to contracts and services.
Microsoft SharePoint developer and administrator certifications
Ability and desire to inspire change, and rethink and improve present circumstances, processes, and technologies.
Strong analytical, interpersonal, technical, presentation, financial, and project management skills
Strong enterprise technical architecture skills and knowledge
Self-motivated with strong leadership/ management abilities, ability to think strategically and globally, and influence others.
Interpersonal Skills
Influences others internally and externally, including senior management.
Position requires understanding of Applied Materials global Standards of Business Conduct and compliance with these standards at all times. This includes demonstrating the highest level of ethical conduct reflecting Applied Materials' core values.

U.S. Salary Range:
$180,000.00 - $247,500.00
The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
