Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Prompt Engineering team, promoting creativity and collaboration to explore new methodologies.
- Design, test, and optimize prompts to maximize the effectiveness and usability of generative AI models.
- Collaborate with product managers and UX designers to gather requirements and align prompt strategies with user needs.
- Analyze data and user feedback to iteratively improve prompt performance and user experience.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate cross-functional teams on best practices in prompt engineering.
- Stay current with advancements in AI and NLP technologies, implementing them to enhance prompt strategies.
- Mentor team members, supporting their growth and development in AI and prompt engineering.
- Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and standards in AI deployment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Linguistics, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or natural language processing, with a focus on prompt engineering or similar areas.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python, with experience in ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strong understanding of AI/ML model architectures, especially generative models.
- Experience in analyzing and interpreting large datasets to inform engineering decisions.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
