As an intern at Berry Global in the Consumer Packaging North America Division, you will participate in our Summer 2025 Leadership Series where you will have the opportunity to meet and learn from business leaders from across the organization. Additionally, you will participate in networking events, a volunteer activity serving the greater Evansville community, and work on meaningful projects during your time at Berry.

This role supports the Closures, Bottles, and Specialties Product Marketing team within CPNA. Primary responsibilities include online and in-store market research including product trends and competitive intelligence, acquiring relevant product samples, and preparing/presenting summary presentations of findings. This role will interface with marketing, product line, sales, and Blue Clover.
Responsibilities
· Conduct research related to potential “white space” product and market opportunities with the goal of identifying fast-growing segments and new opportunities for Berry products
· Organize, map, and analyze customer needs
· Present findings to key stakeholders and make recommendations for targeting new markets, products, and customers
· Assist with the creation of sales trainings and customer-facing presentations as needed
· Refresh the physical samples in the customer-facing display (Usability Lab)
· Grow a professional LinkedIn following and assist with creating and sharing Berry product-related social media posts
· Assembly and distribution of new product sample kits
· Support trade show preparation
Qualifications
· Pursuing a degree in marketing, business administration, design, multi-media, or related field
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong organizational skills and proven ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously
· Ability to work independently with little supervision
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
· Video creation and editing experience is a plus
