- Manage daily operations across various departments to ensure smooth and efficient business processes. Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of staff members. Provide direction, set objectives, conduct performance evaluations, and support employee growth and development.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
- Develop and manage operational budgets, including forecasting and cost control. Ensure resources are allocated effectively and identify opportunities for cost savings while maintaining high standards of quality and service.
- Oversee and manage special projects and initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Ensure that products and services meet company standards and regulatory requirements. Implement and monitor quality control processes to address and resolve any issues related to quality or performance.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors. Oversee inventory levels, procurement processes, and logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
- Ensure that customer service standards are met and address any customer complaints or issues. Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Promote and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
- Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance, including productivity, cost, and quality metrics. Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Education and/or Work Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA. (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Plant Manager or in a similar role, with a strong background in manufacturing operations and team management. (preferred)
