Manage daily operations across various departments to ensure smooth and efficient business processes. Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity.

Lead, motivate, and develop a team of staff members. Provide direction, set objectives, conduct performance evaluations, and support employee growth and development.

Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.

Develop and manage operational budgets, including forecasting and cost control. Ensure resources are allocated effectively and identify opportunities for cost savings while maintaining high standards of quality and service.

Oversee and manage special projects and initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives.

Ensure that products and services meet company standards and regulatory requirements. Implement and monitor quality control processes to address and resolve any issues related to quality or performance.

Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors. Oversee inventory levels, procurement processes, and logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.

Ensure that customer service standards are met and address any customer complaints or issues. Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and maintain strong client relationships.

Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Promote and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.

Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance, including productivity, cost, and quality metrics. Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Education and/or Work Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA. (preferred)

Proven experience as a Plant Manager or in a similar role, with a strong background in manufacturing operations and team management. (preferred)
