Key Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required.
Technical or vocational training in metrology or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in operating and programming CMMs.
Experience in a manufacturing or quality control environment, preferably in the automotive or related industry.
Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints.
Strong understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
Experience with CMM software such as PC-DMIS, Calypso, or similar.
Certification in CMM operation/programming or a related quality control certification is a plus.
Familiarity with CAD software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to use and manage data within a digital environment.
Strong understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T)
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
Basic understanding of quality management principles.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate with team members and report findings.
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CMM Technician to join our team at Junchuang North America. As a CMM Technician, you will be responsible for operating and programming Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to ensure the precise measurement and inspection of parts and components. Your role is critical in maintaining the highest quality standards in our manufacturing processes.
- Set up, operate, and program CMM equipment to inspect parts according to engineering drawings and specifications.
- Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to perform precise measurements.
- Stay updated on advancements in CMM technology and measurement techniques.
- Perform detailed inspections of parts and components, ensuring they meet required tolerances and quality standards.
- Record and report inspection results, identifying and documenting any deviations or defects.
- Analyze measurement data to ensure parts meet quality and tolerance requirements.
- Work closely with the quality, engineering, and production teams to address any issues and improve processes.
- Regularly calibrate, maintain and troubleshoot CMM equipment to ensure optimal performance and accuracy.
