POSITION SUMMARY
The Quality Assurance Inspector is responsible for quality compliance for FSG contracts. The QA Inspector is responsible for overseeing inbound product sortation and inspection, evaluating kind, count, condition, and associated vendor compliance documentation. Performs in-process and final inspection for FSG contract shipments. The QA inspector works with Noble’s Quality Manager to create, implement, and track quality processes and metrics. The Quality Assurance Inspector will ensure that Noble meets or exceeds customer and contact quality objectives and provides defect-free products to customers.

Essential Functions Statements
- Represents Quality function for both the Olive Branch and Holly Springs Distribution Centers. The candidate will be expected to spend 3 days per week on-site at Holly Springs and 2 days on-site at Olive Branch to provide interpretation of quality requirements for all fulfillment and kitting orders.
- Integrate contractual and Noble QMS requirements into all aspects of quality program processes and documentation.
- Develop and monitor quality metrics to ensure compliance with contractual, company, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and inspect all incoming deliveries to ensure the quality of items, compliance, quality certifications, and order accuracy.
- Assist with sortation and initial verification for identification and damage on incoming and outgoing receivers/shippers and processes Quality-related receiving/shipping documentation.
- Inspect, verify, and document commodity compliance to vendors engineering drawings, specifications, configuration control, and certifications, as required by contractual requirements. Develops and retains inspection records and product certifications.
- Review vendor certification documentation to ensure AS9100 and Noble's Quality Program traceability requirements are met.
- Perform First Article and Random Sampling Inspection, as needed.
- Complete Non Conformance Reports (NCR) for defective products and material.s
- Assist QA Leadership in physical control and sequestration of non-conforming products and materials.
- Communicate and escalate quality problems to Noble's QA, Procurement Leadership, and fellow QC inspectors, as needed.
- Before shipment, inspect outgoing FSG shipments for product quality approval certs and item accuracy.
- Assist Material Review Board representatives with customer Root Cause Corrective Actions (RCCA) activities. This includes performing analysis, assisting with corrective action plan implementation, and performing verification audits to ensure actions taken have been effective.
- Perform benchmarking and other forms of analysis to ensure specified processes capability levels are achieved.
- Promote product quality, workspace cleanliness, and organization best practices for areas of responsibility.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High School/GED, Associate, or an equivalent combination of formal education, on-the-job training, and/or work experience.
- 6-8 years of related work experience.
- Knowledge and Experience of ISO-9100-2015/AS-9100/9120 Quality Standards.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings, technical procedures, specifications, Mil-Specs, standards, and other engineering and manufacturing documents.
- Knowledge of aerospace/aviation.

The work setting is primarily warehouse-based and may include exposure to varying temperatures, moderate noise levels, and active material-handling equipment.
- Employees can expect to spend extended periods standing, walking, bending, and reaching, and may be required to lift, push, or pull materials within established safety guidelines. The role involves frequent interaction with warehouse management systems, handheld scanners, and other operational technology.
- The distribution center operates on defined shifts to meet customer and operational demands, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, or overtime during peak periods. Safety is a core priority, and all team members are expected to follow established safety procedures, wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), and participate in ongoing safety training.
- The environment emphasizes teamwork, accuracy, and efficiency, with close collaboration among warehouse associates, supervisors, inventory control, and transportation partners to ensure timely and compliant delivery of goods.
