Currently, we are seeking a Quality Project Engineer to become a part of the HIROTEC team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Works with Project Manager to review projects. Helps develop procedures and documentation for accomplishing project goals.
- Reviews status reports prepared by project personnel and plans schedules per program timing.
- Prepares project reports for management, client, or others.
- Review design progress as required.
- Work to and continually strive to improve Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Safety (QDCS)
- Communicate internally and with customer on product recommendations to improve quality.
- Develop a level of expertise in managing assembly tooling quality; T101, Repeatability, tooling adjustments required to improve panel quality.
- Work with the assigned manpower to control the expenditures on a project within the scope of work
- Takes a lead responsibility for communications to be sure desired outcome is achieved.
- Good oral and written communication skills as required to communicate within the HIROTEC Corporation and external communications to customers.
- Position requires travel.
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Reading engineering drawings and understanding of Body in White system process.
