Responsibilities
- Set up and operate Kolbus case making machines to produce book cases according to specifications.
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality and efficiency throughout the manufacturing cycle.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to ensure optimal operation.
- Inspect finished products for accuracy, quality, and adherence to specifications before packaging.
- Adjust machinery settings based on production requirements and materials used.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and production schedules.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and company policies.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machine operation is a plus.
- Proven experience operating Kolbus case making machines or similar equipment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and best practices in machine operation.
hour rate $25+ 2 weeks vacation in addition to 4 sickdays. Overtime available x1.5.
