We are in search of a Retail Construction Project Manager to contribute our continuous expansion acrossthe United States. This person is the point for Retail Construction Projects, including New Stores,Relocations and Remodels. They are responsible for coordinating all facets of the construction process, from start to finish, to ensure that their projects are managed in a timely manner and within budget.

Salary - $250k + Benefits
5+ years of Construction Project Management (preferably in high-end retail).
Proficiency in MS Office, primarily Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and MS Project.
A general knowledge of standard operating procedures in regard to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.
Familiarity with both UNION and Non-UNION based vendors, contractors, and Mall Personnel(Simon, Macerich, GGP, Taubman, etc.).
Ability to read architectural plans and schematic drawings.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
