Job Summary:
Greets visitors, answers telephone calls, and performs clerical tasks. Assist the customer service team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Operate telephone console with courtesy and tact, receive calls, determine nature of request and route accordingly.
- Furnish information to callers.
- Receives outside visitors and directs them to department or personnel.
- Maintain sign-in log book.
- May verify or check credentials or issue visitor pass.
- Receives, sorts and forwards incoming mail.
- Prepares outgoing mail utilizing mail machine and tracks available postage
- Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with policies and procedures.
- Performs a variety of clerical duties.
- Additional duties may be assigned.
