Responsible for all administration and customer service activities in accordance with the GHX documented procedures, management of the Mobile Hose Testing customers, including scheduling of services and ensuring that the Hose Testing Team qualifies for and follows site entry and safety requirements. Additionally responsible for entry of tested hoses (assets) into the GHXTracker, marking the assets and training the customer champion on the use of the GHXTracker. Working closely with outside account managers supporting customer-testing needs.

Duties and Responsibilities- Provide Support for new orders, maintaining master scheduling, create job worksheets and submit requests for tag generation. Enter new orders and develop quotations.
- Support all MHT technicians as needed.
- Communicate with teams while on site, providing support as needed to successfully complete jobs on time and on budget.
- Identify opportunities that will generate new hose sales
- Follow-up and develop new leads and referrals resulting in new Hose Testing Services jobs
- Communicate effectively with Outside account managers and sales leaders regarding customer requirements or on site work requirements and specific job status
- Ability to identify and ensure GHX team follows all site-specific certification requirements to access / work on customer facility (TWIC card, etc.)
- Manage DISA random drug program for all OAM’s and MHT to ensure that they are compliant.
- Must be able to successfully function in a fast paced, high volume environment
- Responsible for entering data into GHXTracker and P21 as well as preparing a variety of status reports, including activity, closings and follow-up
- Work closely with appropriate branch managers to ensure billing and invoicing has occurred correctly and on time.
- Regularly make suggestions for improvement hose testing services and work on continuous improvement projects for lean, quality and safety
- Able to make decision in absence of supervisor
- Develop and deliver GHX Tracker training to outside account managers as needed.
- Develop a working knowledge of industrial hose, couplings etc.
- Create Hose certifications and deliver to the branch.
Education and Experience- High school or equivalent (GED)
- 2 years industrial customer service experience required; 5+ years of related experience and/or training preferred
- Be able to utilize Microsoft office tools such as word, Excel, power point, etc.
- Working knowledge of computers and business related software. P21 experience is preferred.
- HASC and Disa experience is preferred.
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read, write and speak English. Verbal Spanish skills are beneficial.
Physical Requirements- Ability to lift up to 10 lbs on a regular basis
- Role is sedentary and will be in office full time.
- Working conditions are in a climate controlled environment but interaction in shop will occur from time to time
