Over the years, while working full-time in quality roles — most recently at Riley Gear after relocating to Florida — I also held part-time positions that brought me closer to what truly drives me: delivering memorable customer experiences. From catering elegant events with World Plate in the Palm Coast and Saint Augustine areas to serving and bartending at live music venues like Rapids Theatre and Mr. M’s in Niagara Falls, I’ve built a 20+ year foundation in the service industry — one shift, one guest, and one unforgettable moment at a time.
These experiences weren’t side jobs. They were windows into a career path I now want to fully embrace.
