About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated sales professional to drive growth by building meaningful relationships and delivering measurable results. As Director of Sales, you will focus on engaging new and existing clients—particularly in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry—and identifying ways STAT can bring value through our solutions. This role is suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is energized by the opportunity to shape the future of sales at a growing company.

What You’ll Do:

Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within the CPG and related industries
Articulate our value proposition clearly in all proposals and presentations.
Build strong, meaningful relationships with key decision-makers and influencers. Explore and capitalize on new business opportunities in emerging markets, growth areas, and trends.
Translate client challenges into actionable sales strategies and clear solution positioning
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Client Experience, and Product teams to support go-to-market success
Participate in key sales initiatives including strategic account development, cross-selling, and upselling
Stay informed on market trends and customer needs to inform outreach and engagement strategies

Who You Are:

A trusted relationship builder with 10+ years of experience in client-facing roles (e.g., Sales, Supply Chain, Analytics, Consulting)
Deep familiarity with the CPG industry and an existing network within relevant brands, retailers, or service providers
Highly self-motivated and results-driven with a track record of independent success
Comfortable operating in a remote and fast-moving environment with a strong sense of ownership

Base salary starts at $150K plus commission and incentives.
