Job Summary:
As an Order Filler, you will play an essential role in our order fulfillment process, ensuring that customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. You’ll work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, helping to deliver high-quality eco-friendly products that make a difference. This position requires attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to supporting Future Group USA's sustainability goals.

Responsibilities:

Accurately pick products from the warehouse shelves based on customer orders, ensuring correct item selection and quantities.
Pack orders efficiently and securely using eco-friendly packaging materials to minimize waste.
Prepare shipments for dispatch, labeling them correctly and ensuring they meet quality standards and deadlines.
Conduct quality checks on outgoing orders, verifying that they meet customer specifications and product standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, contributing to a safe and efficient warehouse environment.
Assist with inventory management, reporting low stock levels, or discrepancies to the Warehouse Manager.
Adhere to all warehouse safety protocols and promote sustainable practices, such as recycling packaging materials when possible.
Collaborate with other team members to streamline order fulfillment and ensure a seamless operation.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in order fulfillment, warehousing, or a similar role preferred.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift packages up to 50 pounds as needed.

Team-oriented with good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Passion for sustainability and supporting eco-friendly initiatives.
