Job Overview:

The Warehouse Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring materials, tools, and inventory are well-organized, properly stored, and efficiently managed. This hands-on role requires an understanding of construction logistics, warehouse management, and a knack for supporting both on-site and in-field teams to keep projects on schedule and ensure high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Operations: Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and managing inventory related to construction projects.
Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and ensure critical materials are stocked to prevent project delays.
Logistics & Delivery: Coordinate timely deliveries to job sites and manage logistics for efficient project support.
Team Leadership: Lead, train, and mentor warehouse associates, creating a productive and safe work environment.
Quality Control: Inspect incoming materials and equipment, ensuring they meet quality standards before being released to job sites.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure all warehouse operations comply with safety regulations, best practices, and company standards.

Qualifications:

Experience: 3+ years in warehouse management, construction, or remodeling industry experience required.
Skills: Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, and attention to detail. Experience with inventory management systems is a plus.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various warehouse environments.
Transportation: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
