The Operations department of Beyond Meat EU B.V. consists of teams in Supply Chain, Production and Engineering & Maintenance and is supported by specialists in Quality, EHS, Finance and HR.

The Customer Services Specialist will be responsible for completing documentation for international orders, international order processing, international logistics and planning and all providing exceptional customer support.

This role requires organization skills, the ability to multitask and excellent attention to detail.

This is a full-time position, reporting to the Supply Chain Manager. The Customer Services Specialist will be a member of the Supply Chain Team with peers responsible for planning (demand, production and transportation), material supply and warehouse & logistics.

This role will focus efforts on The New Plant (Zoeterwoude) and Vossko (Germany) orders and fulfillment.

Our office and manufacturing facility in Enschede will be the work location. Limited travel to other Beyond Meat locations (Amsterdam, Ede) and Co-Manufactures facilities (Zoeterwoude, NL and Ost-Beveren, Germany) is required.

Responsibilities

International and Strategics order processing
Pricing validation including discounts with Sales Planning team
Organization of international shipments with customers and internal Supply Chain
Creating international docs relevant customs clearance
Collaborating with external parties to coordinate orders and shipments
Attending forecasting and demand planning meetings to assist with aligning future volume and customer specifications with order demand
Providing customers with exceptional service including but not limited to orders, product details, shipments, billing, returns and credits

Qualifications

Intermediate proficiency with all Microsoft programs
Oracle Netsuite experience is preferred
Experience working with international shipping and or logistics is preferred; affinity with Export and Customs is a plus
Ability to multitask and collaborate with various business channels
Languages: Proficient and knowledgeable with English spelling, grammar and written communications; fluency in Dutch is highly preferred; any other language (German, French) is a plus
Experience in Food industry is preferred
3 – 5 years of Customer Service experience is required
