Senior Talent Acquisition Manager
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and manage the recruitment strategy for the corporate support team, with a specific focus on executive-level hiring. This role will oversee the salaried talent acquisition team while directly managing high-profile executive searches to attract top leadership talent. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on recruiter, with expertise in sourcing, assessing, and hiring for executive level roles.
Your Seat at the Table:
Talent Acquisition Strategy
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies to attract and retain top talent across all levels, with a focus on executive leadership roles.
- Partner with senior leadership and HR teams to forecast staffing needs and align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.
- Analyze and report on recruitment metrics, ensuring continuous improvement in hiring processes.
Executive Recruiting
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for C-suite, VP, and other senior-level roles.
- Collaborate with hiring leaders to define role requirements, competencies, and cultural alignment.
- Identify and engage high-potential candidates through networking, direct sourcing, and partnerships with executive search firms.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for executive candidates, providing an exceptional candidate experience.
Team Leadership
- Supervise and mentor a team of exempt level recruiters, providing training, support, and development opportunities.
- Establish clear performance metrics and ensure the team meets or exceeds hiring goals.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the recruitment team.
Process Improvement
- Optimize recruiting processes, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and alignment with company values.
- Implement and maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to enhance team productivity.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and techniques to ensure the organization remains competitive in the talent market.
Employer Branding
- Develop and promote the organization’s employer brand, emphasizing its values, culture, and growth opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build a strong employer presence.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 7-10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in executive recruitment.
- Proven track record of successfully filling senior leadership positions.
- Previous leadership experience managing recruiters and talent acquisition teams.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Skills:
- Strong sourcing and networking abilities, particularly for executive roles.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in ATS and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM platforms).
Preferred Attributes
- Certification in Talent Acquisition or HR (e.g., SHRM, AIRS, LinkedIn Recruiter certification).
- Experience recruiting within food/beverage industry.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Work Environment
- Remote work schedule with occasional travel for meetings, events, and networking.
