Starting Rate: $16.50 for Machine Operator 1, ($17.50 after 60 days based on attendance and performance.)
upto $19.50/hr based on expereince
Shift Dif: $1.50

Responsibilities
- Must follow all Company policies regarding safety, quality and attendance.
- Able to performs job duties in a safe manner and report all observed safety hazards to the Section Operator.
- Must ensures a quality product through regular quality checks by reading and verifying line orders and spec sheets.
- Reports any out of spec products as needed to ensure a quality product is been produced. .
- Properly packages finished goods to include correct use of labels, chips, sleeves, twist ties, pallet patterns and code stamps.
- Responsible for verifying and executing pallet patterns.
- Maintains clean work area; meet plant and department housekeeping standards. May be assigned additional housekeeping responsibilities throughout the plant as needed.
- May be assigned to multiple winders, bag machines, etc., based on bag count and line speed, as deemed necessary by management.
- Must be able to constantly bend, stoop, and climb to perform regular duties of the job.
- Able to operate multiple production lines as needed.
- Responsible for making boxes and packaging bags.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Knowledge normally acquired through completion a High School diploma or GED.
Experience: In addition to the educational requirements 1-2 years mechanical experience required; or previous machine operator preferred.
Other desired qualifications: Good communications, willing to ask questions; willing to work in a fast paced environment. Motivated, energetic and willing to learn.
These openings are on 12- hour shifts - OT as required.
