Key Responsibilities:
- Package Sorting: Sort, organize, and handle incoming and outgoing packages to ensure smooth operations.
- Order Preparation: Accurately pick, pack, and label items for shipment, meeting daily deadlines.
- Inventory Organization: Help maintain an organized warehouse by tracking and replenishing stock as needed.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks or hand trucks (training provided).
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other warehouse team members to meet performance goals and improve efficiency.
- Safety and Cleanliness: Follow safety protocols and contribute to maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
- High attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics role is a plus, but not required—we provide full training!
