As an intern at Berry Global in the Consumer Packaging North America Division, you will participate in our Summer 2025 Leadership Series where you will have the opportunity to meet and learn from business leaders from across the organization. Additionally, you will participate in networking events, a volunteer activity serving the greater Evansville community, and work on meaningful projects during your time at Berry.

The Consumer/Design Research intern will assist Staff Design Researcher with all activities required to initiate consumer studies that will drive out insights and opportunities resulting in executable product innovation.
**This part time internship will work onsite at the Evansville, IN location. Relocation is not available.**
Responsibilities
- Assist research participant recruiting through various methods including online platforms, in-person interaction, and cold calling.
- Assist with online generative qual and quant research studies, analysis, and presentations.
- Assist with focus group studies and in-depth interviews, internally and at remote locations as needed.
- Attend meetings with key stakeholders to understand project scope and deliverable requirements.
- Support ethnographic research studies with careful observation and meticulous rapid note taking.
- Work collaboratively with a broad design & product line team.
Qualifications
- Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
- Basic understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies and approaches.
- Possess an innate curiosity for understanding people and culture.
- Excel in verbal, written, and visual communications.
- Plays well within a team environment across a cross-functional organization.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite required. Experience using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro a plus.
