Our Opportunity:
We are looking for a Senior Healthcare Data Analyst at our facility in Bellevue, Washington to partner with cross functional teams (product management, engineering, and business operations) to understand the insights they need to manage and grow their businesses.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance analytics solutions to provide business insights that guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities.
- Perform investigations into data questions and weaving those findings into an effective story to be actionable for business users.
- Maintain the quality and completeness of data in data warehouse for the Healthcare business vertical by working closely with business and Data Warehouse teams.
- Proactively monitor customer behavior to identify trends that are sources of opportunity or potential issues, determine root causes, and work with business partners on next steps.
- Telecommuting permitted.
What You’ll Need:
- Master's degree in Analysis, Data Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or related field and 1 year of experience required.
- Full term of experience must include: working with cross-functional initiatives;
- SQL skills;
- Understanding of databases, ETL process;
- Data Modeling on unstructured or undefined data sets across multiple business functions;
- Develop production level code;
- BI Tools (Tableau, Power BI, Knime, OBIEE, Qlik, etc.);
- Interpreting data, designing metrics and analyzing results using exploratory as well as statistical techniques;
- Analytic skills using SAS, R or Python;
- Statistical techniques such as regression, predictive modeling, forecasting, time series analysis, and clustering;
- Vertica, Snowflake SQL, Google analytics, BigQuery, Click stream data, Data modelling, data warehouse, ETL process; and
- Ecommerce retail or exposure to Sales/financial reporting.

Compensation & Benefits:
Our salary range for a Senior Healthcare Data Analyst position is $98,358 to $152,500. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant.

Team members may be eligible for paid sick and family leave in compliance with applicable state and local regulations.
