Key Responsibilities
- Performs direct customer facing Wafer processing and Customer product demonstrations supporting all phases of Implant/Chamber tool life cycles to compete for new business opportunities for growth and sustainability. Prepares systems to perform customer wafer processing per provided DOE to meet established success criteria. Interfaces directly with customers while operating Implant/Chamber tools and providing technical details regarding Theory of Operation, System Processing and Maintenance practices. Will perform scheduled preventative maintenance as required.
- Has working level understanding of advanced wafer processing and device technologies adequate to prepare and deliver systems performance required to demonstrate tool capabilities for advanced node operations.
- Will perform and have knowledge of wafer defectivity testing. Understands these test results to enable troubleshooting and mitigation of process tool “Out of Control” situations.
- Must have the ability to communicate and interact effectively with Customers and internal cross functional teams.
- Compiles logbooks and test procedure documentation utilizing good writing skills. Assists in revising, developing and implementing documented procedures. Writes complex technical reports and detailed procedures.
- Understands clean wafer processing requirements and promotes clean work practices including proper clean room procedures and protocols relative to clean room class level.
- Provides training to lower level Engineering Technicians. Recognized as technical resource for a specific product as assigned. Highly proficient at troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Observes all safety standards. Maintains a secure, safe, clean and healthy work environment. Attends required health and safety training and follows safety and security policies, procedures and practices. Promptly reports accidents, injuries, safety hazards, or emergencies to supervisor or Safety dept. Follows operating instructions, uses protective equipment when required, and uses equipment and materials properly. Actively strives to prevent accidents and injuries.

U.S. Salary Range:
$29.00 - $39.60
The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
