Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITY:
- Follow all company rules as well as GMP's and Safety Absolutes.
- To package quality product in a safe, efficient, and profitable manner.
- Make up boxes for packaging product during packing process.
- Maintain a clean work area, including conveyor belts, automation equipment, floor and machine.
- Able to do required paperwork.
- Assist new operators as directed.
- Assist Lead Technician or Group Lead wherever needed.
- Must be able to efficiently operate every machine in the department.
AUTHORITY:
- To stop production anytime they feel conditions are hazardous or unsafe to either themselves or another employee
- To stop production anytime they feel customer quality requirements are not being
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent – not required but preferred
- Self-starter with eagerness to learn and take initiative.
- Must be a team player and help out wherever needed.
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Able to take direction and work with minimal supervision
