Responsibilities
Responsible for directing and supervising associates in a variety of machining and mold maintenance operations.
- Schedule and direct work through preparation of work orders.
- Work with production and engineering departments in order to reduce downtime and keep molds running efficiently.
- Provide for associate development and training, involving use of CNC and machine tools.
- Provide direct supervisory feedback to associates, including Annual Performance Appraisals, disciplinary actions, etc.
- Comply with OSHA Safety and Health rules.
- Follow and enforce applicable Food Safety and cGMP polices.
Qualifications
• 2-yr degree in Machine Trades technology (minimum requirement)• 5-7 years of related experience in a mold making field (minimum requirement)
