Congo Brands is an international company on a global expansion path that manages several rapidly growing brands within the beverage sector, initiated and led by high profile individuals across social media. The company has established an international head office in Zug, Switzerland to fuel the expansion of its operations into Europe and other regions, beginning with the commercialization of the PRIME hydration range.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze monthly financial results, prepare and present monthly cost reviews and variance analysis, including identification of risks, opportunities, and one-off items, with a focus on actionable recommendations.
• Lead the development of the forecasting processes for Supply Chain, ensuring alignment with global guidelines.
• Monitor and reconcile data related to accruals and claims, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance across all supply chain functions.
• Supervise the accurate tracking and calculation of Cost Savings and Working Capital improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop business cases and ad-hoc analyses for Supply Chain initiatives and process improvements.
• Lead and participate in process optimization initiatives, driving continuous improvement in financial processes, reporting, and forecasting tools within Supply Chain.
• Develop dashboards and tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel, Tableau) to enhance financial transparency and facilitate data-driven decision-making across the Supply Chain organization.
• Benchmark supply chain costs and processes against industry standards to identify areas for improvement, driving cost-saving initiatives across the organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA or professional certification (e.g., CIMA, ACCA, CFA, CPA) is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) within FMCG context. Experience in a multinational context is preferred.
• Proven track record in variance analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and developing financial models to support complex decision-making.
• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead process improvements, streamline reporting, and automate financial analyses where applicable.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using financial tools and software (e.g., ERPs, PowerBI).
• Ability to communicate financial insights clearly and effectively to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
• Excellent command of English, German is a plus.
