Key Responsibilities
Assist our talented Engineers with preventative maintenance and corrective maintenance tasks as needed.
Perform standard Tier I procedures, including wafer measurement.
Learn to apply diagnostic techniques and use documentation to test equipment with the assistance of senior engineers.
Become a master at disassembling, cleaning, and rebuilding kits, as part of our kit management quality.
Complete Required Safety Trainings - preventive maintenance methods, systems, and customer engineering procedures to ensure you're prepared for success.
Represent our company with pride, always maintaining a professional demeanor and appearance when interacting with our valued customers.
Show respect for our customers by keeping your work area neat and orderly, reflecting our commitment to excellence.
Prioritize safety by following all procedures and consistently demonstrating safety as a core value.
Handle various materials, including hazardous materials, in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Record all necessary information for parts return accurately and efficiently.
Qualifications
Technical Certification, Associates, Military, or Relevant work experience preferred.
Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a technical, engineering, or warehouse environment.
A strong understanding of safety procedures.
Troubleshooting, problem-solving and attention to detail are skills that are essential in this role.
Exceptional customer service skills, allowing you to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
The ability to work under direct supervision and follow detailed instructions to complete tasks efficiently.
Familiarity with Microsoft Suite products such as Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, and Excel.

U.S. Salary Range:
$19.00 - $26.40
The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
