In this role, you will plan, direct, and coordinate the actions of the Operations Supervisors, Team Leaders, and Team Members to ensure the completion of production activities in a safe, quality-focused, and productive manner. You will oversee the manufacture of products against budgeted KPIs in a continuous improvement-based environment, while coaching, mentoring, and developing Supervisors and Team Leads to deliver results in alignment with business objectives.

What You Bring to the Table:
- A four-year degree in a related business or technical field such as food science, operations management, engineering, or equivalent experience
- 5 years of experience in production management or supervision, preferably in the food processing industry
- Willingness to work off-shifts and weekends as part of your regular schedule
- Significant experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Effective mechanical aptitude
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly
