This role will perform various duties to organize, schedule, and record cycle counts; report, record and resolve count deviations and operate computer with appropriate software to input and maintain inventory data following standard established practices and procedures.
This role is part-time / 20 hours per week.

Essential Functions- Perform cycle counting daily, record counts, resolve count deviations, and update system.
- Organize, schedule and conduct daily inventory counts of specific items to accomplish four cycle counts per fiscal year, categorized by “A” class count items and “B” class count items.
- Use Tribute software to freeze daily inventory to be counted.
- Generate count sheets by specific BIN locations and ensure proper location of each item prior to physical count.
- Print appropriate reports, identify inventory variances and verify shortages and/or overages. Research and resolve count deviations.
- Correct miscounts and non-conformances, finalize daily counts and update system.
- Run finalized reports, record deviations in workbook and review with manager.
- Bins and shelves are to be cleaned during the cycle count process.
- Support The Hope Group Business Management System [BMS] procedures and work instructions by following established processes and supporting their continual improvement.
Experience, Education and Skills- HS Diploma or GED
- 1+ years experience in a warehouse environment
- Previous experience with inventory counting is preferred
- Basic mathematical skills are required
- Attention to detail and organizational skills are required
- Proficient computer skills are required
- This role requires the ability lift bins on and off of shelves weighing up to 50lbs, physically count inventory, sit and stand, and move throughout the warehouse the majority of the workday.
