We are seeking a Warehouse Manager who will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse and office functions. This position requires a dynamic individual who is well-versed in warehouse duties, including shipping and receiving, and is also capable of assisting with various office-related tasks. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented and can multitask effectively.
- Pull package and ship customer orders accurately (load, pack, wrap, label, ship).
- Receive and process incoming packages accurately (pick, unload, label, store).
- Pull package and deliver parts as needed.
- Organize stock and maintain accurate inventory counts through data entry in computer system for reports and audits.
- Inspect products for defects and damage.
- Report all discrepancies timely to appropriate management.
- Coordinate warehouse operations to support company needs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company regulations.
- Assist with Warranty Returns and paperwork.
- Create purchase orders.
- Maintain Procurement data including updates to delivery dates and invoice forecasts.
- Maintain vendor and customer relationships.
- Previous Warehouse experience is preferred.
- High School diploma/GED required.
- Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment.
- Ability to complete basic math applications.
- Proficiency in computer software, databases, and systems.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Identify needs by listening to communications and determine best course of action.
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.
- Perform scheduled task(s) using controlled reporting.
- High degree of professionalism and courtesy.
- Physical abilities required for this position include walking, grasping, crawling, kneeling, reaching, carrying, stooping, crouching, standing, sitting, climbing, lifting over 50lbs.
- Maintain a neat, clean professional appearance.
- Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization daily.
- Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures.
- Perform other duties as requested in order to maintain high level of customer service through timely and effective teamwork.
- Must have and maintain a valid state divers license and insurance required by law.
- Routine travel is required to other locations within the state and deliveries are often made during work hours.
- Able to lift 25-50 pounds
- Able to be certified as a forklift driver.
Salary Range: $70k-$90k DOE.
