Chewy’s Supply Chain Systems team is seeking a Project Manager!
This role will support the corporate supply chain network. We are looking for a leader and owner who will partner with senior leaders cross-functionally to oversee a portfolio of projects that influences Chewy’s supply chain future. The mission of Chewy’s Supply Chain Systems Team Is to investigate complex problems degrading the health of our supply chain, intake and vet big ideas, articulate clear business requirements for tech systems, and deliver business solutions to optimize the return on tech investments across Chewy Supply Chain. What you'll do:
- Operate at Depth
- Investigate and document business requirements supported by user stories and deep understanding of current state
- Perform analysis through pulling raw data, identifying bottlenecks, and validate entitlements
- Create new information, challenge current standards, and drive strategic business solutions

- Ability to host effective zoom meetings with large audiences and plan and act strategically to build trust with key stakeholders
- Lead timelines and deliverables with self-autonomy

- Recommend improvement opportunities that scale with growing business needs and demonstrate and make progress on ambiguous problems through open-ended questions to cultivate creative solutions
Position may require business travel up to 10%
What you'll need:
- 1-3 years of professional experience (project management, transportation, warehouse operations, or similar) OR a bachelor’s degree in operations management, supply chain, data analytics, or similar
- Must have experience and knowledge in warehouse operations (e-Commerce preferred)
- Strong written/verbal communication skills (through MSOffice, SharePoint, similar)
- Open and growth mindset
- Ability to perform and prioritize tasks efficiently
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Project Management Certifications
- Experience with SQL/Tableau/Analytical tools
- Experience using Atlassian tools (Confluence, Jira, Trello) or Smartsheet
- Experience in E-Commerce
Compensation & Benefits:
Our salary range for a Fulfillment Center Project Manager position is $75,500.00 - $113,000.00. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k, and a new hire and annual equity grant.
