12 Hour Day Shift (2,2,3,2 Schedule)
Pay Range starts at $19.00/Hr
Schedule requires work every other weekend as well
Sign on Bonus $1,000.00
Referral Bonus: $1,000.00 per referral
Bi-Annual Bonus Compensation

Responsibilities
- Pump material from railcar to silos
- Maintain silo area by cleaning and report any non-conformities to supervisor
- Maintain and record railcars
- Report and record any non-conformities of railcars
- Submit receiving records to data entry
- Pull material, color, etc. from stock when necessary
- Pump color into silos when necessary
- Follow all good manufacturing practices (GMP’s) and (HACCP) Practices.
- Must Know the Quality Policy and apply it to working practices.
- Must be able to work in a team environment and help others as needed.
Qualifications

Education and/or Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or a minimum of one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organizations.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
