Sign on Bonus - $1500 after 90 days
Responsibilities
- Must be trained on, understand and follow all Berry Safety Absolutes
- Inspect and repair pneumatic, hydraulic, electronic, electrical and mechanical systems on molding machines.
- Perform preventive maintenance procedures as specified.
- Complete work assigned by Manager or Lead person.
- Communicate activities with Manager and other members of the department.
- Maintain neat and orderly appearance of plant and molding machines.
- Assist in other departments as requested by Manager or Lead person.
- Seek training to stay current with job requirements.
- Assume control of machine when a situation arises which has potential for personal injury or rapid deterioration of machine.
- Responsibilities and Authority include assuring compliance with federal, state, government and/or any appropriate regulatory law or guidelines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Trade School, Technical, or Mechanical certificate a plus
- Mechanically inclined.
- Self-starter with eagerness to learn and take initiative.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
