SUMMARY
Responsibilities are to increase Molding output with enhanced technical training and development of the associates and reduction of scrap.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Others may be assigned.
- Train Set-up Personnel to improve technical capabilities and experience.
- Track downtime, quality performance and machine efficiency.
- Troubleshoot machine issues and develop corrective actions to these issues.
- System design on the machines and equipment with the engineers to improve machine lay-outs, tooling upgrades, ergonomic and safety improvements.
- Order spare parts and necessary equipment for machines.
- Follows applicable OSHA, ISO, Food Safety, and cGMP polices.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- 5-7 years manufacturing maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to work under limited supervision
- Advanced technical training or applied experience with hydraulics, industrial electricity, electronics, and control systems preferred.
