Our Opportunity:
We are looking for a Senior Product Designer at our facility in Bellevue, Washington to transform customer and business objectives into compelling products that have purpose, simplicity, and are feasible to build.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop multiple solutions for a specific challenge that can be delivered across a range of products, platforms, and devices with a bias for action and crisp management of priorities.
- Manage the design process for your projects from discover and concept ideation; through flows and wireframes; to full-fidelity prototype designs.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, developers, content strategists, user researchers, and other designers.
- Champion cohesion and consistency to unite a growing family of products.
- Clearly present your design process, inspiration, and decisions to stakeholders including C-suite executives.
- Nurture Chewy’s culture and principles within your team and the design practice.
- 2% domestic travel required.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human Computer Interaction, or related field and 5 years of experience.
- Will accept Master’s and 2 years of experience.
- Must have 2 years of experience in: experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer, or information architect;
- Leading large-scale product design initiatives;
- Delivering high quality digital products, designs, and prototypes;
- Evaluate the customer and business impact of design decisions;
- In depth understanding of native mobile application platforms and best practices;
- Handling complex services and transactions.
- 2% domestic travel required.

Compensation & Benefits:
Our salary range for a Senior Product Designer position is $134,500 - $215,000. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant.

Non-exempt hourly team members in Fulfillment Centers and Customer Service are also eligible for additional unplanned unpaid time off (UTO). Team members will receive six paid holidays per year. Team members may be eligible for paid sick and family leave in compliance with applicable state and local regulations.
