We are seeking an Inventory and Supply Chain Analyst to join our team. As a key member of the finance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate inventory valuation and optimizing inventory controls. Your expertise in consolidating and analyzing data will contribute to informed decision-making and drive efficiency throughout the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Consolidate and reconcile data from various third-party manufacturers to ensure accurate inventory valuation and reporting.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills to manipulate, analyze and present large volumes of data effectively.
- Reconcile inventory reports with ERP system records and investigate discrepancies.
- Develop analysis and reporting on inventory-related metrics, trends, and variances.
- Contribute to developing analytical and reporting inventory-related metrics, trends, and variances.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain and Operations teams to ensure a smooth and robust flow of information to facilitate the capture and allocation of supply chain costs.
- Collaborate on ad-hoc projects across various supply chain segments to deliver detailed cost analysis and drive strategic financial clarity.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in the Finance or Accounting function in a multinational environment, ideally in the manufacturing industry.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a must. Proficiency in PowerBI, SQL and Sharepoint are a big plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to consolidate, verify, and interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data analysis.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders both on-site and remote.
