JOB TITLE: Warehouse, Facilities, and Installation Manager

COMPENSATION: $43k-$47k
SUMMARY OF POSITION
Manage installation and facilities personnel. Manage all aspects of the warehouse and facilities, to include, equipment, processing and tracking of incoming freight, the upkeep of stock/inventory and the cleanliness of the facility. Ensure the efficient management of the company’s warehouse and storage operation.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise Field Service Specialists, including creating development plans, quarterly and annual review of performance.
- Supervisor Warehouse Specialist to ensure the facility is clean.
- Train Field Service Specialist to ensure safe, efficient and cost-effective warehouse operations and on-site operations.
- Schedule training as needed with set agenda.
- Communicate with Operations management daily to schedule deliveries and allocate manpower.
- Ensure professionalism, customer service and safety are exhibited by Field Service Specialist every day.
- Manage Field Service Specialist are accurately completing paperwork, including timesheets, trip records, etc.
- Ensure Field Service Specialist and Warehouse personnel adherence to established policies and procedures.
- Ensure all incoming product is properly accounted for, organized and inspected for damage upon receipt and noting any such damage on the Purchase Order and Bill of Lading.
- Print work orders immediately to get delivered scheduled.
- Manage warehouse space, including up-to-date inventory reports.
- Organize and schedule installations
- Manage quarterly bonus program for Field Service Specialist
- Manage the tracking and timely processing of purchase orders
- Manage all company owned or leased facilities, installer vehicles and equipment, to include maintenance
- Budget responsibilities
- High School diploma or its equivalent required
- Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Warehouse management experience preferred
- Field Service Specialist and/or installation experience preferred
- Strong customer service focus
- Strong time management skills
