Responsibilities
Reponsibilities:
• Assist in installation and perform preventative maintenance of machines (injection molding) and equipment (closing machines, feeder bowls etc) as required.
• Reconditions used equipment as received.
• Perform preventative maintenance inspections and repairs including extensive repairs. • Safely operates vehicles and equipment.• Maintain a clean and safe work area.• Prepare all reports and forms required in conjunction with work assignments. Including P.M on Manger+ and oil analysis records.• Follow all safety rules and regulations while performing work assignments and adhere to all policies and procedures as specified in company manuals and policies.
• Proactively seek and participate in available company-sponsored training, in an effort to develop and advance knowledge base and skill set.• Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management and support resources, with a constant commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer service.• Support and maintain all policies of the company including but not limited to ISO Standards, Health and Safety Requirements, Continuous Improvement as well as standard work procedures.
Qualifications
Required Education/Skills:
- High School Diploma preferred
- 3 years’ experience in manufacturing maintenance including mechanical and electrical skills
- Knowledge of injection molding machine functions and controls
- Good oral and written communication skills
