Key Responsibilities
- Provides support services to GIS customers for specific IT service or set of services. Adheres to service management processes and procedures to meet customer service level agreements and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Completes root cause analysis of outages or incident trends (often working with managed services partner). Recommends preventative action
- Monitors specific IT service or set of services for availability and performance, collates and analyzes data to develop recommendations to improve or change technology.
- Configures IT technology and executes complex changes while following standard operating procedures and change/release management policies.

- Represent IT Service for change management and enterprise architecture discussions.
- Oversees the process to ensure up to date and quality technical and end-user documentation for specific IT service or set of services is maintained.

U.S. Salary Range:
$88,000.00 - $121,000.00
The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
