We are on the hunt for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team. Our Inside Sales Representative are the glue between our Marketing and Sales team, they are responsible for qualifying incoming leads who reach out by phone, email, website, and live chat.We are looking for ‘someone’ who is a strong communicator and connector - they know a good customer fit for ShipMonk when they come across one! They naturally go above and beyond to make our Merchants feel at home. In other words, this ‘someone’’ knows how to Get Sh*t Done! They are passionate about what they do and are a great representation of the ShipMonk brand.
What you'll do:
- Our Inside Sales Representatives are the first point of contact with companies interested in using the services
- Identify top quality opportunities through inbound leads
- The Inside Sales Representative will input accurate and complete data in Salesforce
- Track all activities in Salesforce including status updates and notes/future activities
- The Inside Sales Representative will set meetings & demo appointments to be handed off to the Account Executives
- Reach and exceed key performance indicators including calls scheduled, calls completed, qualified opportunities, and efficient response times
- Maintain strong customer relationships
- Develop skills necessary for promotion into a closing role
What you'll need:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Ability to learn and adhere to team processes and leveraged technologies
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
- Excellent communication, verbal presentation, and listening skills
- Strong writing skills
- Superb organizational skills
- High attention to detail
- A competitive spirit and drive to succeed
- Sales, customer-facing, or client services experience is a plus
- CRM/Salesforce experience is a plus
