What you'll do:
- Product Knowledge Expert: Understand ShipMonk’s products’ features allowing you to present the benefits accurately and persuasively. We need enthusiastic individuals to be passionate about ShipMonk’s products and eager to share the benefits while selling to perspective clients.
- Presentation Skills: Able to facilitate a flawless presentation that engages the customer, interprets and understands the mindset of the listener while providing a consultative approach to negotiate service agreements to close business.
- Relationship Builder: Construct strong relationships with customers that embody the Shipmonk "GSD" attitude.
- Problem Solver: Find that solutions equal customer retention and closed deals. Candidates must use critical thinking to identify an issue and provide solutions that win business.
What you'll need:
- A minimum of 2 years of sales, portfolio, account executive or relationship management experience with the proven ability to accelerate account growth and engagement.
- The ability to navigate multiple internal systems and tools and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Prior experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tool
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- This role requires an analytical mind that can think innovatively and challenge traditional servicing approaches
