We are currently seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to specialize in bid projects involving LED signs, billboards, video walls, scoreboards, and outdoor advertising solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing sales opportunities from initial contact through the bidding process to the final sale. This position requires a strong understanding of the sales cycle, exceptional analytical skills to handle bids and proposals, and a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will have experience in the LED and outdoor advertising industry, with a track record of successfully managing sales processes and achieving targets.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our range of products and services, with a focus on LED signs, billboards, video walls, scoreboards, and outdoor advertising solutions.
- Manage the entire sales cycle for bid projects, from lead generation and qualification to proposal submission, negotiation, and closing.
- Prepare accurate and competitive bids and proposals in response to customer inquiries and RFPs (Request for Proposals).
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure that proposals meet customer requirements and company standards.
- Follow up on submitted bids and proposals, providing additional information and adjustments as needed to secure contracts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet their objectives.
- Keep detailed records of sales activities, including calls, meetings, proposals, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities and areas for growth.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted sales strategies for bid projects.
- Provide feedback from clients to enhance product performance and service delivery.
- Proven experience in inside sales, preferably within the LED signage, digital displays, or outdoor advertising industry.
- Strong understanding of the bidding process and experience managing bid projects.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- High level of proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to analyze complex data and translate it into effective sales strategies.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
