We are seeking talented individuals to join our Vector Corrosion Technologies team in Lexington, KY team as Manufacturing Technicians. As a Manufacturing Technician, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our production processes to deliver exceptional, top-notch products. We value expertise in tool design and fabrication methods, as well as exceptional communication skills, a strong commitment to quality, and knowledge of safety and environmental standards. Responsibilities
- Conduct manufacturing processes based on quality criteria, such as efficiency and speed
- Study production and machine requirements
- Develop and test effective automated and manual systems
- Resolve issues and delays in production
- Ensure that manufacturing procedures follow safety and environmental regulations
- These positions will perform a variety of physical work and will require lifting and carrying up to about 40lbs, being on your feet at a work station, and having good eye-hand coordination.
- You would be working with hazardous chemicals from time to time which all appropriate training and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be provided to you
- 2+ years of previous experience as a manufacturing technician or similar role in production
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, fabrication methods and tool design
- Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and quality assurance techniques
- Hours are generally 7:00 am to 3:30 pm - Monday - Friday with occasional overtime as needed
- Candidates must me local to the Lexington, KY area.
